PROJECT SCOPE

The Wally Tate Park Upgrade is a park facilities development. This project involved improving the existing sporting facility. The development was comprised of:

Maintenance sheds

Realigned dog-off leash area

Installation of services

Construction of a new public amenities building and clubhouse

Constructing new footpaths and park furniture

Access road construction

Construction of a new car park

Construction of a two cricket fields include irrigation, lighting and drainage

Construction of four new cricket practice nets with lighting

Landscaping and revegetation
